This Jujutsu Legacy tier list is currently a criteria and watchlist page. It does not publish fake S-tier rankings until current hands-on evidence supports Technique, Vessel, bossing, raid, and PvP comparisons.
Ranking criteria
A useful Jujutsu Legacy tier list should explain why something ranks high, not just place names in S, A, B, or C. The criteria should include leveling speed, boss damage, raid utility, PvP pressure, safety, resource cost, ease of use, update stability, and synergy with clan, race, Vessel, accessory, weapon, and fighting style choices.

What would make rankings publishable?
The Jujutsu Legacy tier list can become a real ranking page when each tier has dated evidence: current version, test scenario, build assumptions, strengths, weaknesses, alternatives, and update notes. Until then, the page keeps players from mistaking old meta claims for current advice.
